A. The event will take place on Tuesday, February 7, 2011 in Houston, Texas and on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 in Atlanta, Georgia.

A. MGK, a family-owned business offering quality insect control products since 1902, is the sponsor of the event.
Q. What time does the event start?
A. Registration and continental breakfast begins at 8:00 a.m. with the first session starting at 9:00 a.m.
Q. What is the registration fee for the conference?
A. The cost to register is $30 per person. Registration includes continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, group lunch and a reception.

Q. How will I know my registraton has been received?
A. Once your registration has been processed you will recieve a confirmation letter and receipt via e-mail confirming your registration.
Q. How do I pay for the registration fee?
A. GIE Media, which is managing the conference for MGK, accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Checks and money orders (made payable to GIE Media) also are accepted.
Q. Do you accept on-site registrations?
A. On-site registrations are accepted on a space available basis only.
Q. What is your policy on cancellations, refunds and subsitutions?
A. All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or mailed - voice mails cannot be accepted. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation notice is received 5 business days in advance of the event. Attendees can notify the GIE Media staff at any time if another individual will attend in their place.
